Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist
Director, Clinical Services and Operations
Wendy Felix, MSW, RSW, is a trauma-informed registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, who provides psychotherapy from a relational and humanistic framework, believing that healing emerges through authentic, compassionate connections. Her approach is grounded in deep respect for each person’s unique story, strengths, and capacity for growth.
Wendy holds a Master of Social Work degree (MSW) from Wilfrid Laurier University, and brings a strong foundation in clinical theory, developmental understanding, and evidence-based approaches to her practice. She works with early-childhood clients (ages three and older), adolescents, adults, parents, and families, offering developmentally attuned, individualized care across the lifespan.
Wendy has training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrates a range of therapeutic modalities to support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, and life transitions. Whether engaging a young child through play-based approaches or guiding a family toward healthier communication, she strives to meet each client where they are, with empathy, curiosity, and collaboration.
Wendy views therapy as a shared journey toward deeper connection, and sustained well-being. At the heart of her practice is a commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and trusting therapeutic space—a place where clients of all ages can feel seen, supported, and empowered towards resilience and meaningful, sustained change.
As Director of Clinical Services & Operations, Wendy provides organizational leadership to the clinical and administrative teams at Psychological & Counselling Services Group (PCSG), with a focus on clinical development, coaching, mentorship and access to care. She works in collaboration with PCSG’s Executive Director and Chief Psychologist, Dr. Kenneth Kwan.
