Doctoral Student in Clinical Psychology
Yehuda is a clinical psychology PhD student at the University of Toronto (OISE), with over two decades of experience exploring how emotions shape personal growth and transformation. His work centers on helping people better understand and work through painful emotions in order to foster meaningful change.
Specializing in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Yehuda sees emotions as powerful guides — offering insight into what matters most and how we can heal. Under the licensed supervision of Dr. Ken Kwan, he integrates humanistic, experiential, and existential approaches to support clients in processing and transforming emotional experiences.
Yehuda works with individuals facing depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions, and has a particular interest in helping clients build emotional resilience and a deeper connection to themselves. He also has experience supporting high-level athletes, helping them navigate the unique emotional challenges of competitive performance.
At the heart of Yehuda’s work is a belief that emotional awareness and expression are key to living a more fulfilling and authentic life.
